Pork is my favorite white meat. I particularly enjoy savory and juicy bone-in pork chops with slivers of fat at the edges. This preparation of pork chops is my own recipe, using raw wildflower honey, some oyster and soy sauces with a dash of five spice powder. Normally, I would stick them on the outdoor grill but when the weather is not conducive to cooking outside, I would put them on a grill pan and cook them our gas stove.
