One of my favorite appetizer on the P.F. Chang’s menu is the Salt and Pepper Calamari. This Chinese Bistro’s national chain of restaurants has a location in the suburbs of Akron, Fairlawn, at the Summit Mall.
One thing I like about P.F. Chang’s is their seasonal menu. They always seem to have something new every few months while their traditional menu favorites are still available. Their signature appetizer are the Chicken Lettuce Wraps, which I almost always see on my fellow diners’ tables as I arrive and leave, however, the deep fried squid is more to my liking (and less messy).
